Sponsors

Due to the short timeframes we are working with to put the Tuscobia Ultra together this year, our sponsors aren’t getting a ton of exposure through our website/blog.  Please think about supporting our sponsors, either by visiting their establishments, purchasing their products, or just letting them know how much you appreciate their support.  There are big plans for the Tuscobia Ultra in the future, and sponsors will be important – let’s let them know how appreciative we are for that support!!

Chequamegon Canoe Club  ”The Chequamegon Canoe Club is a pub/bistro located within an olde 19th century lumberjack bar and hotel. The pressed tin walls and ceiling give the 1/2 dozen table establishment an intimate dining and socializing atmosphere. Quaint and cozy, attention has been given in keeping the building and decor in correct vintage. A handpicked “Americana” style of food, wine and music lend a unique feel.”

Greg and Michelle are going to provide the Start/Finish you never thought possible at the Tuscobia Ultra event.  Their bistro will be open for business for the duration of the Tuscobia Ultra!  That will be over 60 continuous hours of food, beverages and hospitality.  They have also stepped up to help rally local volunteers and support.  We owe Greg and Michelle a HUGE “Thank You.”

Signature Sign & Graphic in Butternut, WI designed and created the finish line banner at very short notice and gave a large discount. Thank you! Note: In case it is not obvious to any of the midwest ultrarunning community (after all, there are no dead animals depicted), the artwork is by John Storkamp. Thank you John!

Salsa is sending a box of schwag!! Very awesome of them to step up on such short notice. They are great people, make awesome snowbikes, clothing and accessories – you better get yourself some Salsa!

Boehm’s is family owned business that has built a bike business with second-to-none customer service.  Locations in St. Paul and Mendota Heights in MN.  I can personally attest to the top notch quality of their people.  Boehm’s has provided schwag for raffle/awarda. It will be a surprise for the lucky winners!

Speed’s Bicycle Shop has provided top quality bikes, bike parts & accessories and bike rentals for cyclists and families throughout Sparta, Wisconsin and the Midwest for over 33 years! And they have also provided schwag for raffle/awards :)
